Introducing yoga for writers

I fell in love with yoga when I discovered its power to transform my writing.

If you're a writer or want to be one, the challenges you face every day involve finding inspiration, developing a writing routine and finding a way to continue with a writing project no matter how daunting it appears.

Yoga helps me connect with where my writing comes from without waiting for the muse to appear. It makes me a more focused and disciplined writer. And it offers me a way to avoid writers' block.

Over the years, I've developed a yoga sequence specifically designed to help writers prepare to write in an inspired and healthy way. Since 2017, I've been sharing my sequence and techniques that use the benefits of yoga with writers of all kinds, from authors to business writers. I designed and taught what is probably the first ever online yoga for writers course and I offer one-to-one tuition and workshops.
